Hello:
My account is not restricted. There are no messages under "Resolution Center". My "Account Limits" shows "Your limit has been lifted" and "Completed".
I have a personal account that was converted to a merchant account several years ago. It is in good standing with a balance 15x greater than the check I am attempting to take a picture of and upload.
So, why does PayPal say it cannot process the check image with the error message, "Account Restricted"?
My account is 12 years old and in perfect standing. I've bought and sold things from eBay as recent as last week (both, bought and sold). Again, nothing in the "Resolution Center".
Please help.
