I want to say a big 'thank you' to the Paypal resolution centre for helping me sort out a repayment for returned goods.
I bought 2 expensive dog beds for my 2 Labradors
Unfortunately the dogs would not lie on them for some unknown reason
I sent them back to the merchant (at considerable expense) and they claimed the beds were used and refused a refund.
I sent a request to Paypal for help and they secured me a refund within the time frame they said they would need to sort the claim out. Paypal is a very convenient way to purchase things on line and the resolution would have been very difficult if not impossible to sort out myself. Well done and thank you
