Hi
Im supposed to be returning as item to the merchant an it was sold new and arrived opened. The marchant sent me a UPS collection request in the netherlands in a private email and PP told me not to send the item until the merchant confirms through PP resolution centre. Since then the merchant has given PP a hong kong address.
I think the right thing to do is send it to the address the marchant has given to PP however I really don't want to fork out nearly £50-£70 on somthing Im returning that is completely not my fault.
I'm currently outside the UK and I let PP know before I left that I won't be in the country, howveer they are setting a deadline for me to return the item whilst Im on holiday which is impossble for me to meet. Ive phoned from UAE and spent nearly £20 on a phone call but nothing has been updated on my account.
