Refunding card payments via PayPal Here

Is there a limit on the number or amount of refunds / partial refunds made from card payments using the Here app and card reader? For example if part of the payment originally received was a refundable deposit being returned to customer.. Thanks.

Just had a refund of a payment made to 'ScanGuard', their programme would not work on my computer properly. They also claimed that I had agreed to renew the programme, making an annual payment in January 2018 of £118. 80. The initial payment for the programme was £34. 40. The renewal payment has been stopped...Thank you PayPal... Maybe the ScanGuard company should rename as 'SCAMGUARD'. I do not know where the £118.80 amount came from. It was only when I asked questions about an alleged renewal agreement , that the amount was divulged... Complete SCAM...and the programme was very poor.
