I have used PayPal Here to collect email addresses for my Constant Contact List for over 2 years..with the customers permission of course. It has worked great until Jan 2017 now the last 100 plus emails I collected didn't get imported into my Contact List. PayPal & Constant Contact both say they have no answers and can't help. In fact you would of thought I was the first person to ever let them know this was actually a thing. Isn't there anyone at PayPal that is actually aware of this and what I can do to fix it?
