Hi all,

If your PayPal Here charging cable that came in the box is not working, lost or you require an additional/longer cable, a standard USB 2.0 A to Micro B Cable will work with your card reader. 

You will also find these cables available through different retailers online (should you require different lengths, colour, etc). 

If the problem persists or relates to your card reader just not holding charge after a full charge or for any other PayPal Here related question, please contact our customer service on <removed>.

I received my new PayPal reader (the black one) the other day however it won't charge I've tried 2 cables and different plugs as well as a laptop? I just have the need charging symbol constantly showing
