I run a small cupcake business and have decided to have a stall at events. I want to choose Sole trader however i don't know if this is correct. By the way I haven't registred with HMRC as of yet.

In this case you can choose individual as you do not have a registered business yet. If you would register your business later on you always have the option to change the business information in your PayPal account. I hope this information helps.
