Email Receipts

Hi

I have attempted 3 times to send an email receipt to a customer but none have been received.  I know this for a fact as the customer was a friend. Can anyone advice why this is happening please?

I'm sorry to hear what has happened here. In these types of situations, we would advise the customer to check their junk/spam folder to see if the email is showing there. Another thing we would advise would be to try adding PayPal's email address to their email address contacts and that may help with the emails being received on their side.
