Can you please start by checking the Resolution Centre to see if there is a limitation your PayPal Account? A limitation will prevent any payments from being made. If there are no open cases in the Resolution Centre our internal security system may be preventing the payment from going through, please clear your cache/cookies and open a new browser to attempt the payment again.
