Account limited for a long time...

Hi,

can someone please help me?

I receive more than € 2500,00 and PayPal block my account because they say need more information.

i give all informations they request to me.

I'm  Portuguese and I have an UK Company, so I send everything, informations about me, about my company, proof of address, passport, bank statement... just don't send yet informations about my dogs!

But my account still blocked, and I can transfer MY MONEY to go on with my business,

can an someone help me and tell me how I can transfer MY MONEY to my account bank or send back to my customers and they pay me with another way?

I try again with PayPal call center, and they resolve the situation right now.
