paypal mobile app crashes when i try to log in

hi i have 2 paypal accounts i am able to log in to one of them fine on my i phone mobile app but when i try to switch account and log in to the other one it crashes and i am unable to log in

ive tried deleting then reinstalling the app but it still doesnt fix the problem

any ideas how i can fix this problem please?
