Hi there, I am a complete Paypal virgin carrying out the bookkeeping. I have spent quite a bit of time analysing the different movement there is and trying to then reconcile with the data I have on sage. Can anyone tell me if all of the information shown on each monthly Activity Summary is reflected in the Transaction History for that month. May sound daft to those of you who have worked with Paypal for a while but we have the paypal account set up as a bank account to be reconciled and I cannot at the moment, even though I have broken down each type of movement shown on the Transaction History report to check I have all the normal postings to then know what 'other' additional postings I need to make besides the normal purchase/sales i.e. fees etc. A speedy response from anyone would be greatly appreciated as, as usual, I am running out of time to get this right.
