Product Information Not Appearing On PayPal Activity

We have set-up our Paypal app with several different products, representing our upcoming events and the tickets that can be purchased for them.

 

The customer receipt shows the product information (i.e. the event), but on our own emails (and the Payment For section in the Transaction Details) it is just coming up as Invoice 001, Invoice 002 etc.

 

For tickets purchased via Paypal on our website the Paymment For section is detailing the event, but not when purchased through the Paypal reader.

 

Any ideas or your thoughts would be most helpful?

Have you created the product list?

 

To save an item to your product list, tap the menu icon, then tap Manage Items. Tap the + sign to add a new item

To add a new product from the cart screen, you can tap the edit icon then tap the + sign

 

You can enter the item's price and description, add an optional picture and/or an associated VAT rate

You can add or create new items by using the iPad’s camera to scan barcodes.

 

Step 1

From the Charge screen, tap the Barcode icon.

Step 2

Hold the barcode over the red line until it registers.

Step 3

You can then use the barcode to create a new item, or add it to an existing item.
