Pay Pal Here App issues

Howdy all! I've just purchased the Pay Pal Here reader, signed up for the Pay Pal Here business account & I still can't get past the "apply now" section when the app opens up. Very frustrating! Hoping someone from Pay Pal can find my account & get me going with the reader/app asap!

They want more documents and I've up loaded them. So fustrated

What documents? I'm having the same problem. On Windows after logging in, screen says welcome and nothing else
