I have a customer in Finland that has given me a Finnish postcode. The transaction is declining could it be how I am entering the Finish postcode? It's 5 digit numeric. Is that correct?

Yes Finland has 5 numbers in the postcode. I do not think that is the cause of the tranfer failure. It can bee that the person do not have money enough to cover the transaction, or some tranfer limits or, temporary fransfer issues...
