Updating PayPal button

I updated my PayPal "Buy Now" button in January. I used the PayPal "design a button" feature to create that button and then uploaded it to my website. Yesterday I received an email stating that "your integration has been passing either invalid or incorrect data to PayPal from one or more of your payment buttons."

 

I wrote a technical support request yesterday and received a response [Incident: 170217-000246] stating "Your question has been received. To review the status of your ticket, click on the link below."

 

Unfortunately no link appeared in  the email response from PayPal Technical Support.

 

Please advise the link I should click on.
