I am starting to get the problem :

This issue appears as some updates were needed to our Paypal Standard product in March.
What you can do to solve that quickly is to switch to the Paypal Express module you should have available in OpenCart if possible (updates were only needed on Paypal Standard, Paypal Express will still work as it is).

I have setup the payment pro option...
I do get the following error:
"The merchant country is not supported"
Paypal Pro is one of our product that will only be available on certian markets.
You should have a Paypal Express module instead of the Paypal Pro one
