Receiving payments

Hi I have sold items on Shpock and have asked of the money for the money to be done via my paypal.  The guy has said he has done payment and it’s showing pending and I need to accept payment.  I have received no message saying that there has been a payment and when I check my paypal nothing is showing can anyone help me please

If you do not have any notice in your account activity section - you didn't get paid.   If the buyer is showing some sort of email, it possible it's a fake.
