Paypal logos - edit size?

I have downloaded the code for one of the Paypal credit card images (logo) but it looks a little large to me.  Anyway I can change the size of the logo?  I use a WSYIWYG program so I can edit html. I tried to change the width and height within the code but when I do a test htm of it, it looks the same size to me.
