Express Checkout. Account Optional is missing. Done verification. Country in the list.

Hi Guys!

I am struggling with guest checkout. I have two web sites: on shopify and insales.com. Both of them do not allow to pay without creating a PayPal account. Checked with incognito regime and deleted all cookies. I have done all verification requirements as required but I do not have Account Optional in my settings.

I have checked my country (Kazakhstan) which is in the lists.

When I proceed with PayPal payment it provides me window where I can fill the credit card details but at the end there is button - "Agree & Create account" instead of "Pay Now".

Please let me know what should I do next?

Hi, in this case please open a ticket with MTS technical assistance so that your account can be checked for anything related to the Guest Checkout option.
