We withdrew our money/salary [USD converted to Peso 6,393.69 PHP] last October 13 and transfer to BDO Bank was completed the same day. It's Oct 24 now, it's been n 12 days now [including weekends] it's past the 8th business day. I already called BDO Bank and they said they have not received that Oct 13 money transfer. I told them that the transfer was completed according to your [PayPal's] email and records but they said it's not in their system, they advised that we should ask you [PayPal to trace it] and fix the problem. Please help us we need that money it's our salary from our job and we need it because we are being evacuated from our apartment, we need to move out and find another place ASAP.
