I am getting an App created with Paypal integrated. For this purpose, I intend on onboarding a Paypal Certified Developer to benefit from the developer's knowledge and expertise.
I am already discussing this with a couple of freelancers who claim to be Paypal Certified.
Now, my question is, is there any way to validate and authenticate their claims? is there any Paypal web page or Paypal directory where I can look up the persons in question?
Any help in this regard will be immensely appreciated.
