Hi!
I'm a freelancer in the Philippines and I just transferred funds to my bank earlier. This is my first time using Paypal as well.
Then I got a call coming from Shanghai China. The lady was talking about my account in Paypal, which is the only thing I understand from her because I have a bad signal reception in my area.
I drop the call and hoping for her to call again. But then again, I'm just wondering if this is legit.
Have any of you received a call like this too?
I also sent an email to Paypal about this.
