Payment status is still "Under Review" and ON HOLD

Hi Community,

 

I received payment yesterday for my services as a Freelancer but PayPal is still keeping it on hold.

I have already provided the necessary documents, proof of email exchange as well as an explanation of why I am receiving the money but it is still currently "Under Review." The sender has already settled the issue on their end with payment being marked as "completed", apparently PayPal thought it was an unauthorized transaction (but it was not).

 

May I know how long do these things usually take?

 

For additional information, I have been using PayPal since 2010 and have been consistently receiving payments from employers for years now.

I've tried contacting their social media channels: Facebook and Twitter but still no real response and unfortunately they don't have a local phone number / customer service agent / moderator seeing as how there are barely any replies on this community.
