I do freelancing in fiverr, so I need a paypal account but I dont have a pancard, so I created an account using my father pancard but when all is done his bank rejected payments so i deleted that account and created new one with my mother's pancard using same mail, everything is done , I linked debit card too, but I haven't received verification amount and I cannot see verfiy bank button, what to do?
