Access to Paypal Plus Credit Card transactions

I cant access the Paypal Plus Credit Card info on my paypal site.  I used to sign in at GE money bank but that site is closed.  Are others locked out of online transaction data etc?

I'm having the same problem.  I used to be able to access my paypal plus credit card account through paypal, but I can no longer find the link.  Anyone know where it went?

You have to interact with your account through the PayPal site only. When you sign in, and you view your account under "My Account" tab, then selecting "Overview" subheading, you locate your PayPal Plus Credit Card reference information. You have the option of selecting one of either links: "Make a payment", or "View card details". I opened my account through the PayPal site, and experienced an issue, and attempted to log into my account through the GE Money site. Was unable to, and when I spoke with a representative, she stated that if I have a PayPal Plus card, the only means of accessing the account is through the PayPal site. She also said, that if account holders either opened their account with GE Money, or individuals were able to access their account through GE Money, neither would be able to access it through the GE Money site. If your unable to access your account info through the links mentioned above, then there seems to be an issue, and you should communicate with PayPal. Hope this helps.

These functions are completely gone from my Overview screen. It is a real pain not knowing when they will be restored.

I'm having the same trouble, can't pay online as I always have. Then I couldn't log on to GE money bank either, It was supposedly redirected link. Really frustrating , there is not even the link on my paypal site "see credit activity" on my account overviw page. I've had a paypal account for ten years and this is just impossible to resolve, I even emailed and called both paypal and 'paypal plus - GE Money bank' they both say it is the other more or less. All I can say is terrible service and sorry I ever got the paypal plus card. I finally gave up trying to make a payment online and had only five days to mail it by snail mail, I'm sure it was late and now probably have my first late fee 😞  I will pay it off and cancel the card!

I have had the same problems for the past month where I was unable to pay online because the whole "paypal plus card" section was gone.  If I call more than once about the same issue, I will get a completely different answer everytime.  I can't wait until I can pay this thing off and close it.

I also had the same problem.  I must have called 3-4 times (payapl 800 # and 800 # back of the credit card) and submitted number of emails without resolving the issue.  Last cc support rep. said it must be a linkage issue between paypal and paypal credit card account, but he couldn't resolve the problem since specialist wasn't available atm.  Well, I tried and I'm sure paypal is aware of this issue, but for some reason it cannot be resolved until to talk to the right person.  I ended up canceling my card and requested to mail my balance to pay it off.   This has been a nightmare.  I wish they can reimburse hours that I have spent trying to resolve this issue...  If I could, I want to run away from paypal also, but I eBay a lot and bing cashback is beneficial.. If I find a better shopping/auction site than eBay.. Good bye paypal!!!

I have same issue.  All I get is the same answer. You need to click here, then here bla bla...... My card is not tied to this account for some reason.  Something needs to be fixed on Paypal side.

Hi.... I totally understand everyone's frustrations with this account.     For Heaven Sakes...... a multi billion dollar company like paypal, changes things and once again not for the better I might add..... now none of us can either access our paypal plus account or make online payments.... what a joke.   Lots of finger pointing, no answers...... very typical...... I really do not understand why they can get it right.   Perhaps an email or contact with the Federal Trade Commision or maybe a call to our local congressman would be in line here.      Rates are high, service is poor, don't know what to do...........  nobody really uses snail mail anymore for bill payments.... ... its also my beilief that paypal will never read nor respond to our attempts  to advise them of a serious problem either.......
