help me understand whats going on

well i tried to view my pay pal smart connetc info , yesterday i payed half of what i owed and was going to pay the rest today

but i cant because i get this

"Your account activity isn't available at the moment

Please check back in a few moments."

Please some one give me some peace of mind

or at least let me know what could be going on

The PalPal Rewards program is so LAME and Worthless that it does not merit participation, and my time,  to receive figuratively NOTHING !

PayPal's message is that I have 6,000 Points accumulated.  Big deal!      Where are all the PayPal opportunities to use the 'points' and a few BASIC Instructions ? !

I could easily accumulate 100,000+ PayPal points, but they would be 'worthles.'

The CHASE, AMEX, and CITCORP 'awards points' programs are so very superior !

Very disappointed iin PayPal's mismanagement of a potential beneficial benefit program.
