Paypal is overdrawing my bank account when I have a backup credit card on file. So far I have paid $60 in overdraft fees and it is wrecking my credit.
This didn't used to happen so why now?
Please respond, sincerely Phyllis

PayPal is not overdrawing your account your bank is. You need to tell your bank to cancel overdraft protection to use PayPal the way you in-vision. With overdraft turned off with your bank account then they will charge your backup source normally a credit card. But instead of canceling overdraft protection, If you are using the PayPal system to purchase items online you can change your funding source to the credit card prior to finishing the transaction and skip the bank account if you think it will be short. This does not apply if you are using the card itself.
