PayPal Extras Card Application confusion

I am filing out the application online and am having trouble with the 'annual income' box.  I enter a dollar amount in thousands and continue to get an error asking for a number.  What's this?

this is rediculous, i have been having the same problem ive tried to apply

over 4-times and when i get to the annual income,i fill it out and get denied

ive called support and i get call support from India, they dont know how to help or give

me any solutions,about to give up on PayPal......

I'm also having the exact same problem i've used three different browsers and three different computers and all i ever get is please put a number in the annual income after i've clicked submit ,, you'd think they'd have this figured out by now seeing this is a online company but no they don't does anyone have a solution to this problem or do i have to call some idiot from india to open this account....................
