Hi :] About the verifying for paypal. You either have to link a bank account or make a paypal master card right? Do you have to pay if you don't use the card? Like you get paypal sent to your account from sites and stuff? Soo you use that money instead? Will you guys still send a bill home asking to pay and other things?
