My credit account shows both a credit for the entire balance due and a late fee of $20. Because of several inept errors they have made in the past, I have never been comfortable with dealing with GE Credit. How can I get away from them? I have many credit accounts that are properly handled, so what possible advantage is there to me using GE over them?
