How do I pay my balance with a credit card?

I know this seems like something that should seem fairly easy, but I can't find any info anywhere.  Is there any way to pay the balance on my account using a credit card??

Your question is not clear to me... which account are you wanting to pay? 

Are you referring to a negative balance in your PayPal account, or your eBay seller account balance for listing and final value fees, or some other account?

Yesterday, I made a purchase on eBay with my PayPal Account.  I now want to pay for that purchase.  How do I do that?
