Can I use my debit card to make a deposit into a bank account? The bank told me they can do a cash advance from the card but it was declined. Am I doing this wrong or misunderstanding?
Yes, this can only be done if there is enough in your paypal account to cover the full amount you are requesting and the fee that paypal charges. I'm not sure how much the fee is, so ask the banker to to the amount for a few dollars less than your paypal balance just to be sure.
