Cannot withdrawal money from atm with paypal debit...

I've tried multiple times to withdraw money using my paypal debit and have failed. Money is in the account, but says transaction cannot be processed. When asked where to withdrawal, am I to choose from checking, savings, or credit card? Any help would be appreciated...

I had the same problem when I first got the PayPal debit card...oddly enough choosing "checking" works for me if I make a withdrawal.
