I tried to withdraw $100 from an ATM using my Paypal Mastercard. The ATM was not working, which is not that uncommon. So I didn't get the money. But when I checked my Paypal account, the money was deducted from my balance as if I had really withdrawn it! This is a problem I never had before. I'll call them when I can, but this is disturbing as I don't know if I can prove that the transaction did not actually occur. Has this ever happened to anyone else?
