withdrawing from paypal credit.

Hello. I paid for concert tickets for myself and friends via paypal credit. I have since paid off my paypal credit balance. I now have the money refunded, but it has gone into my credit account, and I can't find a way to move the cash to my main balance and withdraw into my bank account to return to my friends.

I am too having this problem but no one seems to be coming back to me from PayPal - did you get it resolved and if so please share how x
