using Paypal Credit to refund someone

So, I have a situation where I need to refund someone, but I don't have sufficient balance to do so.
I was thinking, would I be able to use PayPal Credit to temporarily grant myself that balance, so that I may refund this person, and then pay it back at a later date - once I am in a better financial position?
It's that the person in question cannot wait beyond the end of February for this money, and I know I won't have it this early.
However, I can't see how to create such a "loan" - it seems PayPal Credit is only available when you buy something.
So any advice would be great.

Hi @AntB486,
That's a great question! Regrettably, you won't have the option to transfer cash from PayPal Credit.
I hope this information helps!
Thanks,
