I have a $23.15 balance in my paypal account (refund of shipping from Paypal Credit return). I want to move it to PayPal Credit. Cannot find any option to transfer the money. Tried accepting the money and sending it to my bank account ... put in my mobile phone number for confirmation and it said the number is not registered to me? Requested receiving a check and nothing happens?
