hello i am in the uk and would like to know how to send a payment to another paypal account using my paypal credit

If it is a personal payment, that is not possible for UK version of PayPal Credit. US version only.

 

If it is for a goods and services payment, you'll need to be sent and pay a PayPal Invoice with "Offer Financing" enabled located in the recipient's Manage Invoices page's Settings menu.
