Ive tried to email PAYPAL but got no response. I asked them, BoE have announced another cut in interest rates to 0.25% according to your emails the interest rates have increased. This is not true. By increasing your rate to 19.9% you are clearly making huge profits. I am contacting the Finance Regulators as this appears to be profiteering.
