I recently purchased a reloadable prepaid paypal mastercard and I have been trying to activate it through the paypal.com/prepaid site. Ive entered the numbers correctly 5 times now and each time I have waited for the loading screen for 20 minutes and nothing is happening. I have a paypal account but I dont have my ssn, address, or license linked. Is that the issue why my prepaid card isnt working?
My problem is that i am not able to activate my prepaid paypal. I have waited several minutes.
