paypal not taking dd ive setup

hi i have paypal credit and i have dd scheduled every month. on checking my statement on 10/6/18 i see paypal have not taken a payment which was due on the 9 th. i hope i will not be hit with a late fee as a dd is clearly scheduled on my account,
