Hi i have a paypal credit account but i am getting charged every month £12 for a late payment i have tried setting up a direct debit they havent taken it once i have tried making payments bbefore the date due and they have been declined even though the money is sitting there wwaiting for them to take it, i have no idea who or how to contact paypal to correct this, i ma going out my mind trying to sort this out if anyone has any suggestions i would be most grateful
