I had a airline ticket booked early this year for about (485 GBP), i paid via paypal to take the 4 months interest free offer, i have paid off the outstanding before it accumulated any interest. now to the pandemic my flights are cancelled and got a refund from the airline and it is lying in my paypal credit account (acct balance as of last week -485). there doesn't seem to be any option to transfer the money into my bank account.
i spoke to one of the agents on chat and what he told me was it will used in the next transaction. i don't know when i will be buying something which is worth 485GBP next. and that too no guarantee that i will be buying it from some place which accepts paypal.
any advice on how to go about it?
