I am wanting to make a paymment on my paypal credit for 1088, my current balance is 1082, I have tried to put funds in there to increase it 1088 but it hasnt updated the balance.
Is there anyway to make it update quicker? or what would happen if i attempted to make the payment for 1088 with a 1082 balance? would it get declined or would i get fined?
