paypal states that extra payments made towards lowering youre paypal credit balance are taken from the amount which will expire soonest...paypal havent been doing this to me but instead taking the extra payments i make from my 12month ones i have...leaving me with accounts that will incur interest in the next few weeks. any input from paypal reps to look into this please? thanks.
