I have made three purchases using paypal credit, one that is 0% interest over 18 months, one that is 12.9% over 18 months and the last one was their offer of 4 months interest free. I have been asking for 2 months how do I pay off the 4 months interest free account to avoid paying interest as you dont get this option on the payments page. I have finally got an answer that all payments i make will automatically come off the account that is accumulating interest, so whatever payments i make it is impossible to clear the 4 month account unless i pay off the 12.9% account first so i now have no way of avoiding paying interest on a purchase that was suppose to be interest free. I was hoping to pay £50 a month for the 4 months to clear this one but now only have approx a month and a half left on this account before interest will be added.
Anyone else having this issue??
