I rarely, if ever, have money in my pay pal account. I do, however have pay pal credit and buy things every month via pay pal credit and then pay off my balance. Can I use my pay pal cash card and charge to the pay pal credit account or does it only take cash out of a positive baklance in regular pay pal. I'm confused.
