opened up a paypal credit account i for some reason i cannot use it. paypal says the internal security system is declining usage at the moment. I am to try again at a later date. IIts been 4 days already! what do i do?
Since its a new account, you will need to make some successfully completed purchases (no disputes) so the system will have something to go on when determining to offer you PayPal Credit as a funding source or not. PayPal also reserves the right to restrict use of the credit line depending on the circumstances of your transaction. It is recommended that you use another linked funding source instead if PayPal Credit is not offered.
