hi , last time my account was minus , and i paid 8 euro something to be paid and be done with paypall , now it took money from my account after one month waiting , and now i checked it is -16 euros in my paypal account , since 2 months i deleted paypal from every payment and changed it to my other bankaccount , but still paypal takes money from my account. what is this?
